• Begin a 180-day Helper to Lead Progression Program

Anyone interested in learning about the PPH model (Employee Installers & Subs)
• Complete understanding of the PPH pay model
• Knowledge of all of the tools available for the program

Associate Installers capable of advancing to leads in 8 weeks (determined by Trainer)
• Become a Lead installers entitled to all benefits and bonuses of that position (must pass written and skills exam)
