Romanoff’s company mission is to “enhance the lives of those who work for us, with us, and around us, while improving the homes and communities we serve.” As such, Romanoff University helps those seeking to start a career in the flooring industry, as well as existing installers in the community, by providing classes and clinics for basic and advanced skills in carpeting and hard surface installations. In a fun, supportive environment, we teach best practices in customer service and technique, creating a solid foundation for success for driven individuals who enjoy working for a company that values people.
